Processed Using Our Proprietary Method
This proprietary process iswhat defines the Wakamushabrand.
After the ikejime and nerve-removal process, the fish are sorted for either whole-fish shipment or further processing.




The sorted Wakamusha are carefully processed at our production facility.Each product is carefully packed and vacuum-sealed to preserve maximum freshness.
We ship nationwide, and within Oita Prefecture, deliveries are made personally by our producers.
